Director's Statement:
Sometimes things get a little creepy. With Cup of Tea, we take a step away from dystopian films into the dark shadows of the personal here and now. A thriller that explores mental health and the mother daughter relationship, it is a cerebral story from Silvia Graziano, supported by artistic cinematography of Ben Heald, and experimental editing and color work. In Cup of Tea I refined my aesthetic approach to storytelling with cinematic flair imparted to a small set and an intimate story.
